At Amazzia your role will be to provide support to the Finance department and Amazzia team by keeping all bank and credit card transactions up to date and audit ready.

Outcomes:

  • 100% of matching bank/c 77-+
  • .Credit card statements to accounting software.
  • 100% accuracy of entries to budget tracking sheets. Follow up with individuals as needed.
  • Open points list generated monthly and followed up to completion.
  • Collect and organize all invoices and provide A/P reports weekly.

Experience Required

  • Entry Level experience with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliations and research on discrepancies preferred
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office

The goal of the Team Coordinator is to provide heavy administrative support for the Partner Development/Sales Team. This is an Administrative Assistant type of position not a Sales position. This includes all administrative support for VP-Sales, Sales Development Representative and working directly with the team lead. You will assist with scheduled call confirmations, daily call notes, follow-up literature, CRM updates, project management, Trade Show prep and follow-up.

The mission is to provide heavy administrative support for the Partner Development/Sales Team. This includes all administrative support for Chief Strategy Officer, Amazon Service Sales Executive and working directly with the team lead. You will assist with scheduled call confirmation, daily call notes, follow-up literature, CRM updates, project management, Trade Show prep/ attendance and follow-up.

Outcomes

  • Managing Sales Call Schedules for the Partner Development Team – (Confirming and Rescheduling appointments – rescheduling for Account Executive as needed)

  • Supporting Partner Development during Trade Shows (creating deals, updating contacts, LinkedIn connection requests, etc.)

  • Maintaining accuracy of CRM Data on a Weekly Basis

  • Ensuring 100% accuracy on completion of Sales-Related Tasks

  • Managing Prospect Brand Research Process

  • Managing proposals-drafting, gaining approval, delivery to clients and confirming receipts

  • Running the LinkedIn for CSO, including: Connections, engaging in conversations, hashtags and Trade Show Connections (pre and post show)

  • Administrative departmental tasks

  • Heavy departmental calendar management ( managing multiple calendars)

  • Coordinating and assisting the Partner Development team with 5-10 Trade Shows per year (some overnight travel may be required )
