You will assist with scheduled call confirmations, daily call notes, follow-up literature, CRM updates, project management, Trade Show prep and follow-up.

You will assist with scheduled call confirmation, daily call notes, follow-up literature, CRM updates, project management, Trade Show prep/ attendance and follow-up.
Outcomes
Managing Sales Call Schedules for the Partner Development Team – (Confirming and Rescheduling appointments – rescheduling for Account Executive as needed)
Supporting Partner Development during Trade Shows (creating deals, updating contacts, LinkedIn connection requests, etc.)
Maintaining accuracy of CRM Data on a Weekly Basis
Ensuring 100% accuracy on completion of Sales-Related Tasks
Managing Prospect Brand Research Process
Managing proposals-drafting, gaining approval, delivery to clients and confirming receipts
Running the LinkedIn for CSO, including: Connections, engaging in conversations, hashtags and Trade Show Connections (pre and post show)
Administrative departmental tasks
Heavy departmental calendar management ( managing multiple calendars)
Coordinating and assisting the Partner Development team with 5-10 Trade Shows per year (some overnight travel may be required )
